This house is compact yet efficiently designed so you can enjoy daily living. In addition to the many energy saving features like insulated doors and windows, this <a href=\"\/plan\/3066\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">house plan<\/a> utilizes all of its available space to create a functional, affordable home. The kitchen features easy access to the washer\/dryer, pantry and carport. A small eating bar and built-in desk make it easy for you to share time with your children while preparing meals. The second floor features two bedrooms with large closets and built-in desk and bookshelves to economize on space but not functionality.
