This two bed room duplex is a super energy saving design featuring 2x6 walls; however, it is designed to cost no more to build than conventional construction. Each unit has large and open spaces and a private patio. The master suite has a large walk in closet and the secondary bed room has two closets. The living and dining space is very open and features a wood burning fireplace.
