About House Plan 1007:
Although very compact, this 3 bed room, 2 bath home packs a lot of living space in a small amount of sq. footage. Great for first time home buyers, this inexpensive home is also an easy keeper with its predominately brick exterior. The kitchen is equal to those of much larger homes and boast an eating bar and floor to ceiling pantry. All bed rooms have walk in closets and there is even an additional closet in the master bed room for off season clothing.
