A trellis helps minimize the appearance of the garage nestled at the rear of this narrow lot design creating a welcoming feature to the motor court. The modest entry hall opens to a rotunda with a domed ceiling. the rotunda provides access to the main rooms of the house keeping the formality of the house in tact without relying on a staircase feature. It has been relocated to the rear of the house where the staircase provides for a drop in elevation from the house to the garage. This feature allows the house to be elevated for gracious curb appeal. The staircase provides access to the lower level as well as a recreation room and guestrooms above the garage. A wonderful loft on this level creates its own upper foyer. The second floor features a spacious laundry room close to the children's rooms with a Jack & Jill bath. Beyond is a wonderful master suite utilizing the extreme roof pitches to create a dramatic ceiling which helps define the room's sitting area. The volume ceilings also create drama for the master bath and provide expanded space in the master closet with extra high storage space including shelving extended over the commode/shower ceiling.
