About House Plan 1930:
This 2-story southern style home is designed for a narrow lot and features an optional third floor. A single car attached garage can easily be eliminated to allow a driveway to reach a larger detached garage behind the house on the left side. Another special feature of this model is that it has two master suites. The main home is 24' wide, offering a lot of living space on a narrow project site.
