About House Plan 1988:
This 2,174 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom, two story house plan is modest in size, ideal for a narrow lot. The covered porch is a great location to relax with some friends, while enjoying the fresh air.  The two-car garage can be accessed from an alley or from a front driveway along the side of the house. There are two Master Bedrooms provided, one on each floor. It has a wide sitting porch across the street front a convenient rear porch to reach the garage and rear yard. The first floor provides an open plan for current lifestyle furnishing and entertaining.
