About House Plan 2999:
Designed to be inexpensive to build and to operate, this super energy saving design cuts heating and cooling cost in half. The design is very compact but room sizes are surprisingly large for such a small home. The Living room has a wood burning fireplace that draws combustion air from the outside making it ultra efficient. This home is packed with inexpensive yet very effective energy saving features including 2x6 studs. A separate garage plan is avaliable as an option.
