House Plan: DFD-3115

This cost efficient, space efficient and energy efficient plan was designed especially for the first time home buyer. It allows the owner to begin with a low cost, 2 bed room one story home and later expand into the attic space by adding two additional bed rooms. This plan is packed with energy saving features designed to cut energy cost in half and it features 2x6 exterior walls. The plan is designed on a crawl space foundation but alternate basement and slab foundations are available. When using the basement foundation, the stairs fit directly below the main stairwell. An optional garage plan is also available for this design.
