About House Plan 3119:
The timeless exterior of this 4 bed room home captures the look of yesterday and the feel of grandmothers place. The living room is sunken and has an exposed wood beam ceiling and a brick wood burning fireplace. Brick columns offer a subtle hint of separation between the living and dining room and a wet bar is cleverly placed between two of the columns. The master suite is divided into a sleeping area and a sitting area. The sleeping area is accented with a sunken floor and the sitting area features its own fireplace.
