About House Plan 3255:
This contemporary two story home abounds with energy saving design features. A sheltered, enclosed entry, earth berms and an atrium to capture and store the sun are but some of the more unusual features. The atrium features a trellis with appropriate angles to allow winter sun but exclude it in summer. The design features a first floor master suite and a volume ceiling in the family room.
