If you have property with a spectacular view to the rear, this is the plan for you. All of the main rooms look to the rear through virtually a complete wall of glass. Entrance is from the opposite side, and it introduces you to the sensational activity room that includes a vaulted ceiling and a stone fireplace. Glass sliding doors are flanked by windows, bringing your view into the room with you. The U-shaped kitchen is tucked away in one corner and includes all of the amenities. On the opposite corner is the laundry and wet bar area. Also included in this area is a linen closet and access to one of the bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on opposite sides of the home.
