This compact cottage-style home has a lot to offer, all within an economical 1,190 sq. ft. What's more, the flexible floor plan gives you several options.
The low, tiered roofline and covered front entry distinguish the exterior. The entry opens to a spacious combination living/dining room. Vaulted ceilings, a skylight and the front picture window create an open, airy atmosphere. An arched opening connects the dining room to the large country kitchen. An alternate first-floor plan gives the option of a family room and bayed kitchen in place of the country kitchen. It adds about 150 sq. ft of living area. In both versions of the plan, sliding glass doors open to a full-width patio.

The master bedroom also overlooks the rear patio and features a private bath brightened by a skylight.

Another skylit bath is across from the two smaller bedrooms.

The plan includes your choice of a one-or two-car garage with a handy utility/storage area, in addition to the two floor plans.
