About House Plan 5853:
Although all the dormers but one are false, they create a look that is inviting. One dormer opens to the foyer bringing in natural light, which flows into the cathedral ceiling of the living area. The interior fireplace is centered at the end of the high ceiling creating a wonderful wall for a full height stone or brick face. Windows and doors open up the rear of the house from all living spaces. Hallways, doors and bathrooms provide ADA access and with minor adaptations in the kitchen could be 100% ADA compliant.
