The kitchen is open to the dining room with a peninsula counter. The living room with fireplace features a vaulted ceiling and stairs to the finished basement. This split bedroom plan has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom and the master is opposite with a walk in closet, dual sinks and  is located in the front of the home.  In the basement you find a mechanical room, a full bathroom, fireplace and a patio off the side.
