This is a French Country styled home. It has a wonderful open floor plan with 4,919 square feet of heated living space between two floors. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half bath with the master being on the second floor . The exterior features two attached garages, both able to fit two cars each. Preferred for sloped or for level lots, crawl space foundations are elevated from 16” to four feet above the ground. This option facilitates unrestricted access to your home’s ductwork and wiring making repairs easier, is good for flood-prone areas, and often creates warmer floors.
