A Craftsman style bungalow with a surprise! This house is perfect for narrow lot development that has a little fall to the property. The unique garage entry allows you to fit this 30' wide plan with a side entry garage on a 45'-50' wide lot. This can be built where a rear loading garage plan wouldn't work making it a great addition to a traditional type neighborhood with less than perfectly flat conditions.
