About House Plan 9233:
A wonderful floor plan, large great room and charming craftsman exterior are the most notable features of this split bedroom ranch. The central open great room, which is flooded with light from front and rear large windows, includes a 10 foot high ceiling and built-ins on either side of the fireplace. The large gorgeous kitchen and spacious adjoining dining area are visually connected to the great room. The master suite is privately separated from the other two bedrooms. It includes an 11-0 high tray ceiling, large walk-in closet and bath with a separate tub and shower. The two other bedrooms each have a walk -in closet and share a jack and jill bath. There is a large second floor bonus space an optional walk-out basement is available.
